This Site describes Interior Painting, Exterior Painting, Cabinet Painting, Drywall Finishing, Popcorn Ceiling Removal, Fence Painting, Deck Painting provided by Commercial & Residential Painting & Wallpaper. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Ownership. Commercial & Residential Painting & Wallpaper (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
End of Use. Commercial & Residential Painting & Wallpaper may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
No Warranties. Commercial & Residential Painting & Wallpaper disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
